Tiffany Voorberg has been providing conflict management services in Southern Alberta for over ten years.  In addition to her bachelor’s degree in business, Tiffany has earned her Certificate in Conflict Management through the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society.

Tiffany is an active member and volunteer for the Community Mediation Calgary Society.  She is also a member of the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society and the ADR Institute of Canada and is on the roster of the Alberta Provincial Court Civil Mediation Program in Calgary.  

As part of Tiffany’s private conflict management practice, she has done work for a number of small and mid-sized organizations in the Calgary area, conducting investigations, making recommendations and providing guidance in employee and labour relations issues.
