ACS Collaborative Solutions specializes in assisting small and mid-size businesses address their conflict management needs.  As an unbiased party, I am able to investigate, assess, and make recommendations regarding allegations into workplace harassment, including sexual harassment, discrimination or abusive behaviour.  I also specialize in investigations and responses to human rights and employment standards complaints.

I can facilitate conversations between employees or between management and subordinates to address many workplace disputes.  Examples include, disputes relating to performance reviews, resolving team conflict, and employee discipline meetings.

My experience in labour relations makes me uniquely qualified to provide grievance investigation and/or mediation services and collective agreement administration.
